September! DCL's Most Odd Dragon

This month goes to the recognition of dragons with the oddest traits. Maybe it's just one really odd thing about them that makes them stand out. Or maybe just a lot of odd things that just make the dragon all-around odd.

Rules and A Few things:

    * You may not nominate your own dragons. But nominate as many others as you wish.
    * In the case of many nominations, many votes will be given.
