Welcome to Escher's Observatory. This magnificent building first came into creation around 568 years ago, designed by legendary architect Ras Escher. It was to be a place of higher learning, a beacon of education in a time when superstition and anarchy prevailed. For many years this center of knowledge flourished until a rather unforgiving winter storm stripped much of the facilitie's resources and structure. Disrepair shortly followed.

Recently, however, budding scientist Duvacelli has rennovated the facilities and put the Observatory in operation. From here, dragonkind looking to learn can find equipment and resources needed to feed their hungry minds. From its hallowed halls, one can find multitudes of books on nearly every subject. Even more impressive, the Observatory has become the resting place of the Draklopedia, the directory of the world's known species, and the Dragon Clan Land Atlas, chronicling all the unique locations scattered across the world.
