Welcome to the DC Vault! We have directed you to this portal first as the Forum-Generated one does not allow customization :/ We will be posting some tips here for you and some reminders as to how this will work!

Basically, this will allow members to trade gems amongst themselves. You can pay other members for customs, commissions, or you can supply gifts without having to go through the Banker :) Because this is entirely independent, you will have to realize that the Admins and Mods will not be keeping track of trades or payments through the Vault/Shop. All trades or payments arranged with other members are done at your own risk as they are all handled privately and we have no way of keeping track of them. We will only be monitoring trades and payments that happen through the Banker and Teller threads. Disputes between members over private trades or payments will not be handled by the staff.

Eggs will NOT be handled through this system at all. They will still be collected and redeemed entirely though The Hatchery. The one exception to this rule will be if someone is awarded an extra egg from the Nursemaid or from a Referral. In this case, your main account will receive an "Extra Egg Token" that can be redeemed or given away for an extra egg that month! Another item you may see floating around is an "Age Token". These will be given out from the Nursemaid as well. Both Nursery Tokens must be redeemed in the Incubation Den only! Nursery Tokens will begin to be handed out starting next month: June 2008.

This mod comes with a Bank! You may deposit your gems into a bank if you would like to try and earn interest. It is set to give you a 0.1g increase per day. The bank is a little different in the fact that if gives everyone 0.1g a day no matter how many gems they have deposited. This simply means that, every 10 days, your bank money will increase by 1g! Please note that incomplete gem amounts will not be able to be used - you must pay full gem amounts. So you won't be able to pay 4.66 gems for an item that costs 5g, you will have to wait until your interest has matured enough to give you five whole gems!

All items will say Unuseable! when you view them in your inventory. This simply prevents it from you accidentally getting rid of it. These items may still be used to purchase things as needed - see The Banker Thread for more information.

Remember, the Admins and Mods will not handle independent disputes - all trades/purchases done this way are done at your own risk!

• Trades for Gems, Elementals, or Tokens
• Payments of any sort

Trades/Payments that Should Remain Posted in the Banker and Teller

• Any gems or Elementals found from a Mod or Admin
• Purchases of a Catalogue Item
